Certificate opinion includes my expertizing opinion along
with an attached photo of item and our embossed seal.

In addition to the cost of the expertizing
opinion you choose you need to include
the costs of return mailing. Insurance,
Registry, Express (add appropriate
fees, if you send too much, we will
refund unused portion). Services must
be prepaid.

We will give opinions on identification from online images (as best we are able to
determine from the image shown) for only $5.00, which must be prepaid either by
PayPal or by chargecard. Note - if item is listed on a selling site and has a closing
date/time, try to notify us at least two days ahead of the closing. This $5. ID-only
service also available by mail but, of course, the actual items must be sent to us
along with payment as specified here for our other mail services (check,
chargecard, paypal).
